The Washington Redskins will increase their ticket prices an
average of 8 percent next season, team officials said yesterday.
The price of the most expensive ticket at FedEx Field will be
increased from $60 to $75 per seat, while the price of the cheapest
ticket--$40 for an upper deck seat--will remain unchanged, according
to club officials. Most other ticket prices will be increased by $5
per seat, Redskins officials said. The team plans to announce the
increases today.
"We've worked hard to keep prices as low as possible, and think
we've done the fair thing by holding the line on our lower-priced
seats," Redskins President Stephen Baldacci said.
