HEALTH SECRETARY Frank Dobson was today facing bad news as new
hospital waiting list figures were expected to show an increase of
12,000.
Although waiting lists normally rise during the winter months and
the rise in the number of patients waiting for hospital treatment in
December is small, it will come as a blow to Mr Dobson.
