all about?
Cutting out fat, processed foods, caffeine and animal products,
drinking large quantities of mineral water and taking regular
exercise. Rather than a path to rapid weight loss, the idea is to
adopt a healthier lifestyle and diet, which will increase your energy
levels and reduce body fat naturally.
Pros: I lost half a stone in four weeks without feeling hungry. I
went from 12 stone 1lb to 11 stone 8lbs. Surprisingly, I found
