SHOPPING is as much a holiday treat as sightseeing or trying the
local food. But bringing back your exotic wares is fraught with
difficulties.
That must-have Indian coffee table isn't going to fit in a
suitcase and those elegant glasses could well arrive smashed.
Mailing large objects home can be risky and even if they arrive
safely you may incur high duty or postal charges.
London has a wealth of shops dedicated to selling authentic items
from destinations around the world. Take the Tube and go long-haul
shopping at home.
