GARY GLITTER seduced and sexually humiliated a 14-year-old girl
who hero-worshipped him because "he liked her young", a court heard
today.
The 55-year-old singer, charged under his real name of Paul Gadd,
took advantage of her teenage obsession to take her virginity "to
satisfy his sexual appetite", the jury was told.
He dressed her in a school uniform and forced her to stand in the
corner while he performed a degrading sexual act and also forced her
into sex in a field, a barn, his Chelsea home, hotels and her
parents' home.
He knew she was so infatuated with him that she could not say no
and would never reveal his criminal acts to her parents, who
"regarded him as a friend and trusted ...
