Stock market investors big and small face a tricky question these
days: How to spot the end of a bull market.
No one disputes that the market boom that began almost five
years ago will end at some point, whether it happens tomorrow or
another five years down the road.
And because stocks have risen so sharply for so long, many
analysts believe the decline that follows might be pretty nasty.
``The bull market which began in August 1982 appears to be still
