The preface in this revised edition of the book originally
published in 1984 reminded me of the funny "Tonight Show" skit where
Johnny Carson reads a piece of copy on a particular subject, and
sidekick Ed MacMahon cajoles . . . "ev-ree thinto which Carson would
respond . . . "wrong again, bunion breath," or some such other
derogatory term, and then proceed to read a list of humorous
additions to the topic at hand.
Written when inflation was at an all-time high and when interest
rates were around 18 percent, "The Lifetime Book of Money
Management" ...
