Michael and Constance Irby have purchased a five-bedroom home at
3601 Ridgewood Drive in the Hollow Oaks Addition of Edmond.
Purchase price was $191,000.
Sellers were Gerald and Nancy Geiger.
Shannon Rundale of Marolyn Pryor and Associates Inc. was sales
agent. Laura and Norma Harris of Harris Realty listed the property.
The home, which contains slightly more than 3,000 square feet,
sits on a large wooded lot and has a circular driveway.
Michael and Constance Irby are employees of the State of
Oklahoma.
- Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Grundy has purchased a home located in
the Warwick Estates addition of Oklahoma City.
The seller was Mr. and Mrs. Michael Stack.
