Leasing activity in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area picked up the
past week or so, with three companies annoucing 19 leases covering
nearly 22,000 square feet of office and retail space.
In fact, some of the space leased by Oklahoma City companies is
in the Tulsa area.
The most active among the companies recently was Southwest
Property Management Corp. which signed nine leases and renewals
covering 12,450 square feet.
- Equity Realty Inc. has completed five lease transactions
covering 4,050 square feet in Norman.
Merrico Oil Co. leased 300 square feet and Curtis Moore, CPA,
