Leasing activity in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area picked up
during the past week, with three brokerage companies announcing 17
transactions covering 110,800 square feet of office, retail,
industrial and service center space.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services led the
reporting companies wtih nine leases covering 73,000 square feet.
Other reporting companies were H. Waggoner & Co., which
announced three lease transactions covering 27,300 square feet, and
Landsing Property Co., which had five transactions covering 10,500
square feet.
