A local real estate
broker, a developer and a property management company have announced
lease transactions of 13 different businesses for a combined total
of 16,336 square feet of commercial space.
Southwest Property Management Corp. negotiated 10 leases
totaling 7,834 square feet of office space. Edwards & Co., owners
of Casady Square, has leased 4,252 square feet of retail space. And
Cohen Realty negotiated 4,250 square feet of office space in the
First Oklahoma Tower.
