the second week of November from the first week, with three agents
completing leases of 113,142 square feet.
- Sweetser Companies announced lease transactions totaling
approximately 95,000 square feet.
At Lakepointe Towers, 4005 and 4013 Northwest Expressway, that
company leased 50,000 square feet to General Services
Administration; 2,060 square feet to Voluntary Hospitals of
America; 459 square feet to Energy Recovery; 2,429 square feet to
Harry Moore and 4,327 square feet to Dun & Bradstreet.
Carl E. Gungoll Exploration leased 5,371 square feet at Quail
Springs Parkway Plaza on Memorial Rd.
