Leases involving over 15,000 square feet of
commercial space in the metropolitan area have been negotiated by
three Oklahoma City brokerages.
- Wiggin Properties Inc. of Oklahoma City has negotiated new
leases for over 4,500 square feet.
Equity Realty Inc. has negotiated 4,000 square feet of renewed
and new leases.
Tierco Management Co. announced that it leased 7,365 square feet
during March.
- Wiggin Properties has negotiated six new lease transactions
totalling over 4,500 square feet of office and retail space in the
First National Center, at 120 N. Robinson Ave.:
- L.S. Youngblood Co. for 1,361 feet.
- Golden Dragon Restaurant for 1,104 square feet.
