commercial real estate space have been announced by two Oklahoma
City firms that handled the negotiations.
Harrison Levy Co. has reported that the MarketPlace, a
60,000-square-foot specialty shopping center at 5501 Northwest
Expressway, has signed three new tenants who will occupy a total of
6,766 square feet:
Omni Park Eye Center has leased 3,029 square feet; Creditthrift
of America Inc. has leased 1,914 square feet and Welch Computer
Services Group Inc. has leased 1,823 square feet for a store that
will operate under the name of Valcom Inc.
All three leases were completed by Carl A. Archiniaco. Jim
Rose, who is also with Harrison Levy, assisted on the Welch Computer
