NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE D.C. No. C-87-713(T)
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and
order of sale issued out of the District Court of Cleveland County,
Oklahoma, on the 4th day of May, 1988, in an action wherein Mutual
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Oklahoma City, a
corporation, was Plaintiff and Jim Hopson Construction Co., Inc.,
a/k/a Jim Hopson Construction Co., an Oklahoma Company; Jim W.
Hopson and Teja C. Hopson, husband and wife; et al., were
Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Cleveland County, Oklahoma,
commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following
described property in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
