property management and realty companies totaled over 142,642 square
feet in commercial buildings, according to recent reports.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services announced leases
for 44,781 square feet. The Property Resource Group completed over
31,200 square feet in leases, and the Horne Co. U.S. reported
transactions for 6,531 square feet.
For Coldwell Banker, Bill Garrett handled a transaction for
Transwestern Publishing, directory publishers, to lease 6,800 square
feet of space in Greenfield Center, 6101 W. Reno Ave. In another
transaction by Garrett, Sears Mortgage Co. leased 2,557 square feet
in Harvey Parkway, 301 NW 63rd St.
