Record Staff Reporter Leases for over 81,000 square feet of
commercial or retail office space in the Oklahoma City metropolitan
area have been announced by six property management and real estate
companies.
The Harrison Levy Co. and First Resource Realty Inc. announced a
lease for Associates Corp. of North America for 4,085 square feet in
the Boulevard Village shopping center, S. 33rd St. in Edmond. The
lease was negotiated by Carl A. Archiniaco and Joe Messenbaugh of
Harrison Levy.
Wiggin Properties Inc. of Oklahoma City negotiated five new
lease transactions totaling over 11,300 square feet of office and
