Leases for over 150,000 square feet of
commercial space have been negotiated by metropolitan Oklahoma real
estate companies.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated nine
new lease transactions that included three by Chris Palmer, totaling
3,000 square feet to Ralstin Management Co. Inc for Nutri System
weight loss centers.
- One center will locate in 1,000 square feet of retail space
in Country Club Square, at the northeast corner of Country Club Dr.
and Int. Hwy. 40 in El Reno. Terryl Zerby joined Palmer to handle
the transaction.
- 800 square feet at 1814-5 N. Harrison Ave. in Shawnee.
- 1,200 square feet in Chickasha Square Shopping in Chickasha.
