Article: FORECLOSURE FILED AGAINST SOUTH SHIELDS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

The Hardesty Co. Inc. filed a foreclosure suit against South Shields Limited Partnership in Oklahoma County District Court Tuesday.

Hardesty seeks to foreclose on two tracts of land at S. Shields Blvd. and SW 74th St. Expressway in Shields Plaza.

According to the suit, South Shields is in default under the terms of the Hardesty Note, the Hardesty Mortgage, the THC Note and the THC Mortgage since the maturity date was Aug. 31, 1988, and neither note has been paid. The general partners of South Shields are Herbert J. Forrest Jr. and James H. Gould.

The suit seeks a judgment of $1.45 million for the Hardesty Note, $588,215 for the THC Note and foreclosure on the Hardesty Mortgage ...
