Leases totaling more than 35,000 square feet have been negotiated by Price, Edwards, Henderson & Co.

Employer's Casualty Co. leased 10,426 square feet in the Circle Building at 5101 Classen Blvd. Craig Tucker of Price, Edwards represented the new tenant, while Al Branch of Trammel Crow represented the building owner, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Co.
