Retail, office and industrial leases totaling 193,662 square feet
have been negotiated by Harrison Levy Co., the company announced.
The largest was for Sports Unlimited, a retail sporting goods
chain, which will lease 95,950 square feet in a former McCrory's and
TG&Y location at the Colonial shopping center, 9225 N. May Ave.
Other large retail leases include 10,000 square feet for Family
Dollar, 804 W. Britton Rd.; Carpetworld, 7104 S. Western Ave.; and
9,472 square feet for Kandid Kids Theater Arts, 6201 Northwest
Expressway.
Auto Zone, a national auto parts chain, will lease 7,700 square
feet at the Grandview Center in Chickasha.
