By Nancy Raiden Titus Guaranty Bank & Trust Co. opened a new credit
card center which offers both Visa and Mastercard, it was announced
Wednesday.
Guaranty's purpose in opening its own credit card operation is
to reverse a trend in Oklahoma banking toward out-of-state ownership
of credit card services, said Thomas L. Legan, president and chief
executive officer of the bank.
Shirley Pullin, who has been in Oklahoma banking for 20 years
and has extensive credit card experience, was named vice president
of credit card services, according to Legan.
Before coming to Guaranty, Pullin managed the credit card center
for Liberty National Bank & Trust Co. This facility served about ...
