The Trust Company of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, was merged into
BancOklahoma Trust Co. Monday, in a stock transaction valued at
about $5.6 million.
Federal regulatory approval was received last week for the
transaction, which was announced in July.
The offices are to be consolidated into the former Trust
Company facilities at 6307 Waterford Blvd. after renovations to
the building are completed. Construction was to begin today,
officials said.
Former Trust Company management will head the Oklahoma City
segment, which includes personal trust, employee benefits and
