Skolniks Inc. has leased 2,300 square feet for a Skolniks
Bagel Bakery Restaurant in Mayfair Village, NW 50th St. and N.
May Ave., one of 38 leases completed in the first six months of
1993 by First Resource Realty in Oklahoma City.
The company has completed leases for 106,660 square feet at 15
properties in central Oklahoma during the first half of the year.
First Resource Realty is an Insignia Commercial Group Co. First
Resource has offices in Tulsa, Dallas and Houston.
At 6900 Place, NW 69th St. and N. May Ave., Source For Health
has leased 2,380 square feet, and Harpe and Gault Dance has
leased 3,200 square feet.
