Two food brokers have been appointed by Skolniks Inc. to
handle the Albuquerque, N.M., Dallas and Amarillo markets, the
Oklahoma City-based company announced Wednesday.
Brown, Moore and Flint of Dallas will represent Skolniks
bagels and cream cheese spreads. Customers of Brown, Moore and
Flint, which provides service to about 693 stores, include
Albertson's, Brookshires, Kroger, Minyards, Tom Thumb, Winn Dixie
and independent grocers in Texas.
Brown, Moore and Flint also supplies Oklahoma City-based
Fleming Companies Inc. stores in North Central Texas, Skolniks
said.
