For a couple of decades, I've enjoyed coffee houses in big cities. They are casual places to meet friends or read a newspaper over coffee and croissants. I'm no coffee gourmet, but I like the leisurely atmosphere.

Obviously, the volume to make these low pressure places work economically requires a big, highly concentrated market _ usually in the form of 50-story skyscrapers. So I had pretty well given up on seeing one in Oklahoma City any time soon.
