Bank of Oklahoma NA has received approval from the U.S.
Comptroller of the Currency for its previously announced purchase
of Plaza National Bank of Bartlesville. The merger is expected to
be completed on May 16, according to Wayne Stone, president of
Bank of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City.
