Article: Developer, Neighbors Compromise on Application

Developers and neighborhood residents rarely see eye to eye when appearing before the Oklahoma City Planning Commission.

Take for instance the protest petition signed by 222 residents of three housing additions in southeast Oklahoma City. They were opposed to an application by Watson Partnership to rezone 267 acres from R-1 single family residential to PUD planned unit development.
