NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Oklahoma Industries Authority (the "Authority"), an Oklahoma
public trust, has been requested by Baptist Medical Center of
Oklahoma, Inc. ("BMC"), on its own behalf and as group
representative of South Oklahoma City Hospital Corporation
("SOCHC") and Baptist Rural Health System, Inc. ("BRHS"), to
issue revenue bonds pursuant to a plan of financing involving the
issuance of one or more series of bonds in an aggregate principal
amount not to exceed $300,000,000 to provide financing for BMC,
SOCHC and BRHS. The bonds will be titled "Oklahoma Industries
Authority Hospital Revenue Bonds (Baptist Health Systems of
Oklahoma)" with each series appropriately ...
