LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Gasoline prices nationwide rose almost a
penny a gallon over the past three weeks, a new survey says.
The overall price of gas, including self- and full-serve, was
$1.2862 a gallon in a Friday survey of gas stations around the
country, analyst Trilby Lundberg said. That's an increase of 0.93
cents from the May 19 survey.
But Lundberg said prices show signs of peaking. "Nationally,
