Oklahoma's top Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative company, Express
Personnel Services, was described as rising in 1983 from the ashes of
a bankrupt company to become a company that is expected to do $1
billion in business worldwide by next year.
Express Personnel Services, Walker Stamp and Seal Co., and
Resonance Inc., all of Oklahoma City, and Commercial Financial
Services of Tulsa were presented Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative
Awards by MassMutual Insurance Co., Nation's Business Magazine and
the U.S. Chamber of Commerce at an awards luncheon Wednesday at the
Medallion Hotel.
