Paul R. Isenburg, owner of Addtronics Business Systems, has
purchased a 6,200-square-foot office building at 4605 N. Sewell from
William J. Reaves for $204,500.
Addtronics plans to relocate its offices from 24 NE 53rd St. to
the Sewell property. According to company officials, Addtronics
needs the extra space for expansion.
Constructed in 1960, the building is in average condition,
according to county records.
Bob Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Commercial/Hocker-Sullivan &
Associates handled the transaction.
Oklahoma City Abstract & Title closed the sale.
