Creative Restaurant Concepts has purchased three Ground Floor
Cafes in an $800,000 transaction with plans to open three more stores
in Oklahoma City.
Pending shareholder approval, the acquisition from Ground Floor
Cafe Corp. is a stock and debt assumption deal. The eateries are
located in Nichols Hills Plaza, Leadership Square and inside Mathis
Brothers Furniture Store.
CRC's President Joe Johnston said restauranteur Sed Kennedy
"front-ended" the deal when he began managing operations in December.
Kennedy will remain in charge of operations and has become head of
the restaurant division for CRC.
The company plans to add three satellite Ground Floor Cafes, with
one each in northwest Oklahoma ...
