Creative Restaurant Concepts has completed its purchase of all
Ground Floor Cafes in Oklahoma City.
The $800,000 stock and debt assumption transaction announced in
April includes restaurants located at Nichols Hills Plaza, Leadership
Square and inside Mathis Brothers Furniture Store.
CRC, formerly Magnolia Foods, has purchased 100 percent of the
Ground Floor Cafe Corp., previously owned by Bill Mee as majority
shareholder.
CRC President Joe Johnston said the company plans to open another
Ground Floor Cafe in Oklahoma City and is considering sites on
Northwest Expressway, south Western Avenue and in Edmond. Johnston
