Praedium II Star Two LP has bought Five Broadway Executive Park at 6601 N. Broadway Extension for $2.6 million from Uricam.

Constructed in 1973, the 47,940-square-foot office building is listed by county records as in good condition. The investment buyer group plans no immediate changes.

Bob Triplett, president of Uricam, has owned the property since 1977. Financing was provided by Fleet National Bank. Triplett handled the transaction. Linda Rachel of Lawyer's Title of Oklahoma City closed the sale. Ethan Allen on the way Castleberry's has acquired a 143,736-square-foot tract of commercial land at the northwest corner of SW 2nd Street and Portland Avenue for $404,405 from Southern Media. ...
