Ron and Lisa Comer, as parents and next friends of Marie Comer,
deceased, vs. Preferred Risk Mutual Insurance, Adam G. Sepulveda,
First Baptist Church of El Reno, No. 93,207.
In 1997, the First Baptist Church of El Reno arranged
transportation to a summer camp for its youth group. Marie Comer was
a passenger in a van that had fewer seat belts than there were
passengers. At the time of her death, Marie was riding in the back of
the van, and not wearing her seat belt. On Jan. 4, appellants filed
