Guaranty Bank buys site
Guaranty Bank and Trust has purchased 0.96 acres of land at 2221
S. Broadway in Edmond for $502,404 from Johnny P. Lott and Courtney
R. Earnest LP. Don Faulkner of Wiggin Properties represented the
sellers in the transaction.

Rita Raman has bought a church building and office at 829 NW 13th
St., aka 1433 Classen Drive, for $287,500 from Gordon and Vicky
