Metro real estate agencies have announced three metro apartment
complex sales of more than $1 million apiece.
Mid-Valley Ventures and Stanley and Georgine Finberg bought the
Tinker Del Village Apartments, 3017 Del View, for $3 million from
Tinker Del Village LLC. The 157-unit complex, which includes a 2,200-
square-foot day care center, was 95 percent occupied at the time of
the sale. Keith Wilson of the Keith Wilson Co. represented the seller
in the negotiation. Betty Cummins of First American Title conducted
the closing.
Curt and Angela Pryor acquired the Pomerado Pines Apartments, 5936
NW 36th St., for $1.5 million from Fariborz Mazaheri. The Apartment
