Wiggin Properties has negotiated six leases totaling 24,700 square
feet in the Oklahoma City area.
Little Caesar's Pizza renewed its lease for 1,258 square feet at
the Oakbrook Shopping Center, W. Second Street and Santa Fe Avenue in
Edmond. Tim Strange handled the lease for the landlord, Oakbrook
Shopping Center LLC.
Emery AirFreight renewed its lease of 7,500 square feet at 6300
Air Cargo Road in Oklahoma City. David Huffman negotiated the renewal
for the owner, Ellers -- Leader Enterprises Airport Development
Partnership.
Broadstream Corp. has leased rooftop space at One, Two and Three
Broadway Executive Park, 205 NW 63rd St. in Oklahoma City. Renee
Reneau handled the transaction.
