St. Louis-based Walpert Properties has bought shopping centers in El Reno and Tulsa.

Walpert acquired Country Club Square in El Reno for $3 million from El Reno LLC. Located at the northeast corner of Country Club Road and SW 27th Street, the 138,000-square-foot shopping center consists of a single story retail building anchored by Stage and Tractor Supply Co.

Walpert vice president Gary M. Rosenbaum represented Walpert Properties in this purchase.

Eastgate Shopping Center in Tulsa was purchased for $2.51 million from Admiral Square Inc. Located at 7800 E. Admiral, at the southwest corner of Admiral and Memorial, Eastgate is adjacent to a Wal-Mart Super Center. The 80,000-square-foot center ...
