Rush Truck Centers of Oklahoma bought a sales facility at 5200 W.
Interstate Service Road for $1.6 million from Rush Enterprises Inc.,
a sister company. Rush Truck Centers also bought property at 2800 S.
Meridian Ave. at $350,000 from Rush Enterprises. Linda Cable with
Stewart Abstract & Title Co. closed both transactions.
Convenience store sold
Hy Tran and Dao Ngoc Lam bought a convenience store at 3701 N.
Douglas, Spencer, for $380,000 from Anthony and Sang Thi Nguyen. Hal
Truong with Mekong Realty handled the sale.
Flower shop relocates
Pat and Bobby Lawson, owners of Flowers by Pat, have bought the
former Fuzzell's Business Equipment Building at 4213 N. MacArthur
Blvd. in Warr Acres, for ...
