Daniel W. and Cathie A. Trotter bought the former Sutherland's
Lumber property on Broadway Extension in Edmond for $1.4 million from
Sutherland Lumber Co. LP.
The Trotters plan to relocate their Edmond location of Boat & RV
World, at Sixth and Broadway in Edmond for the last six years, to the
new location within 30 days.
"Once we're in, we'll do a lot (of renovating) before spring,"
said Daniel Trotter.
The contractor is Steve Blair.
The 65,000-square-foot of space will include about 2,000 square
feet of office space. The remainder will be used for an indoor
showroom.
"It will be the largest boat showroom in the southern United
States," he said.
