Dorothy Gosenheimer, Grafton, and Marge Kruzan, Silver Lake, sent recipes for Key lime pie as requested by Dorsy D., Slinger.

Gosenheimer wrote: "In recent years we have been on Royal Caribbean cruises and have received their newsletter. One issue included their recipe for Key lime pie. I make it often as it is my husband's favorite, and is oh so easy to make!"

The recipe is attributed to chef Emil Graf, who wrote: "Passengers tell us this is the best Key lime pie anywhere. Be sure to use Key lime juice - it is available bottled in specialty food stores.' "

Dorothy's Caribbean Key Lime Pie

Makes 8 servings

2 cans (14 ounces each) sweetened condensed milk

2 large egg yolks, beaten
