Milwaukee's Park East corridor would get a new 10-story building
to house the local offices of Cramer-Krasselt marketing
communications agency as well as a high-end hotel, under a proposal
announced Wednesday.
Local developer Robert Ruvin and Dallas-based Gatehouse Capital
plan to construct the $45 million building, overlooking the
Milwaukee River, on a parking lot north of W. Juneau Ave. and east
of N. Old World Third St.
The building would lease 50,000 square feet to Cramer-Krasselt,
which now leases the same amount of space at 733 N. Van Buren St.,
on downtown's east side. The firm would be on the building's third
and fourth floors, with possible future expansion space on the
second floor.
