Q. My husband's father died of a heart attack at the age of 42.
Heart disease runs in his family. My husband has high blood
pressure, but it's well controlled with medication. He's otherwise
in good health and gets regular checkups. But I'm worried about his
long-term risk of developing heart disease. What can he do now to
