Article: State fishing regulations land spotlight

The politics of fishing will take center stage today, when the Colorado Wildlife Commission meets to set fishing regulations for the next five years in the morning and adopt a whirling-disease stocking policy in the afternoon. (The opening act will begin at 10 in the Hunter Education Building of Colorado Division of Wildlife headquarters, 6060 Broadway in Denver; Act II is to begin at 3, but don't be surprised if it's delayed because Act I has been running long.)

The process began 18 months ago, with assorted angler roundtables, issue-identification sessions, stake-holders' meetings
