I've had a little secret. Since my birthday in May, I've been
enjoying The Food Network via satellite dish. I kept my new source of
TV nirvana from you because I felt I'd copped out. After all, I had
used this space to encourage a letter-writing campaign to our cable
company to push for The Food Network. Then I gave up the battle and
got the dish.
I didn't have the courage to tell you this, either: The Food
Network is the next best thing to butter on hot bread. I love it.
It's all food, all the time.
Now I can stop feeling so guilty: Adelphia finally has woken up
and added The Food Network to its mix of channels. Starting Thursday,
