Town to hear latest golf course plan
Delafield's Lakeside would become 32-lot subdivision

Town of Delafield -- The Town Board plans to decide Tuesday
whether to rezone the Lakeside Golf Course for a proposed housing
development containing large tracts of open area, some of which would
be for public use.
It is the first time a proposal to develop the golf course is this
far along in the approval process.
Last year, developers twice tried to get approval to build homes
on the site near Pewaukee Lake. One of those plans called for 48
condominiums and the other for 38 single-family homes.
