ROOM FOR TWO

Separate peace possible even when kids share

Two children, one bedroom, no problem -- the equation is simple enough for Danielle Mazza of Sussex.

Her sons, 2-year-old Evan and 6-year-old Ethan, sleep side by side in twin beds in their small bedroom. They share a closet. They have matching cowboy hats hanging on the wall above their beds.

Mazza, who is married to Terry Rentmeester and who also has a 12- year-old daughter, used to wonder if it would be a good idea to move to a larger house. "We could sure use the space," she says. But two things have convinced her the house and the boys are all right.
