Trial date May 20 in case against trucking worker

He's accused of issuing $750,000 in bogus accident claim checks

A former employee accused of using his position with a large Kenosha trucking firm to issue $750,000 in fraudulent checks is scheduled to stand trial May 20.

Bruce J. Bennett, who was responsible for resolving accident claims against JHT Holdings Inc., stands charged in federal court with five counts of bank fraud and five counts of interstate transfer of securities obtained by fraud.
